Natalia M. A 28-year-old resident of Vladivostok went to the Falk hospital with abdominal pain. It was one o'clock on a Saturday night. Before that, she had already unsuccessfully tried to get help in one of the municipal clinics of the city, where she was examined, but they could not conduct the necessary ultrasound examination at the same time.
At the Falk Hospital, the girl was received by a senior surgeon, a pregnancy test was performed and an ultrasound was immediately performed. As a result, Natalia was diagnosed with appendicitis. The hospital's surgeons operated on the patient in a timely manner on the day of treatment. The laparoscopic operation took 3 hours and, despite some complexity of such a procedure, everything was successful. All the rest of Saturday and Sunday, the girl rested after the operation. And on Monday morning, she was safely discharged home!
The patient appreciated the subtleties of medical care, as well as the high level of service and care at the Falk hospital, which are rarely found in the Primorsky Territory. Such nuances, such as heated mattresses in the operating room, do not allow the body temperature to drop too low during surgery, which contributes to a better and faster recovery of the body. In addition, the use of elastic stockings during surgery reduces the risk of deep vein thrombosis in patients.
