Transmural infarction in the region

Relatives of the patient T. of venerable age asked for help to the Falck Hospital, with a request to provide transportation, examination and treatment to her mother, who lived in Luchegorsk and for a long time complained of a deterioration in her general health. It was decided to send an ambulance team and transport the woman to  Falk Hospital. Upon arrival, the doctor of the ambulance team diagnosed a transmural heart attack. The patient was recognized as untransportable and the question of providing her with emergency assistance on the spot was acute, since the woman could not bear the 4-hour transportation to Vladivostok. The ambulance team of the Falck Hospital treated the patient, stabilized her and successfully transported her to the nearest intensive care unit of the city hospital.
